  • We use 925 sterling silver, 18K Gold, and ethically sourced natural gemstones (certificate provided). All pieces are hypoallergenic and crafted with care.

  • Definitely! You can add initials, birthstones, or engraving to many of our designs. Look for the “Personalise It” button when browsing.

  • Orders are usually handcrafted within 7-10 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items. Customised jewellery is not eligible for return unless faulty.

  • Yes, we offer elegant gift wrapping and handwritten note options. Just tick “Gift Wrap” at checkout.
