Return & Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Should you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase to qualify for a full refund. Custom orders, personalized items, and made-to-order pieces may be subject to different cancellation terms depending on the stage of production. Please note that cancellations made after the specified timeframe may incur a restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs. We are unable to accept cancellations for orders that have already been shipped. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging. The customer will not be refunded for the original and any additional shipping costs paid.
Please be aware that specific items, including custom or personalized orders, eternity bands made to order, and items on sale, are ineligible for exchange or return.
In order to return an item, please make sure that you have registered a request for the same within 7 days of delivery, otherwise Qala reserves the right to deny a return or exchange.
Write to us on qalafinejewellery@gmail.com(image proof is appreciated) within 7 days of delivery and we'd be happy to proceed with the return as long as the product is unworn, and in original condition.
Upon receiving the product, we will need some time to assess it. We will notify you once the product is confirmed to be in good condition and meets all specified conditions. The refund amount will then be transferred to your bank within 14-21 days of receiving the package.
