Shipping & Delivery
All jewellery manufactured for Qala is done with special care and intricacy because of the delicacy. Since each piece is made to order, we ask for allowance of at-least 7 to 10 business days(excluding weekends) before you can get your bundle of joy. We understand that sometimes you will have to meet a specific deadline, for which we expect you to email us at qalafinejewellery@gmail.com and we will get back to you for the same.
Qala is extending a special discount for your initial order. Subsequent orders shipping fee will be charged based on the distance between your location and Qala's headquarters.
Customer is requested to provide the correct details of the recipient's name with complete address, nearby landmark, pin code, and contact number for hassle-free delivery.
Customers must reject the package if the package is found to be tampered. It should be reported to us through phone/email
Customer can change the delivery address by contacting our support team before the ordered product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, the option to change the delivery address will not be available
